The apartment at Apartamentos Niza was cozy and comfortable, with a homely feel. It had two floors, with a kitchenette, living room, and a nice little terrace on the ground floor. I loved the simple and basic amenities like the refrigerator, crockery, and coffee machine. The multilingual staff at reception were helpful and friendly.
Personally, I found one drawback at Apartamentos Niza. The terrace was a bit small for my liking.

The location of these apartments is fantastic, with easy access to both the main entertainment center and the beach. You can enjoy all that the area has to offer without having to deal with any hills. It's a great place to base yourself for exploring the surrounding area. The property is also close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities, making it convenient for longer term business travelers.
There were some issues with the availability of hot water during certain times, which could be inconvenient for guests.

The location of these apartments in Puerto Rico centre is ideal. It's a short walk to both the main entertainment centre and the beach, with no hills to navigate. Perfect for disabled guests.
